Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes
- Tomato
- Onion
- Green pepper
- Hard-boiled egg
- Olivateria olives with herbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes, tomato, onion and pepper into small pieces.
- Add the chopped hard-boiled egg and olives with herbs.
- Dress with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
- Mix well and serve.
