Olives are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on cholesterol metabolism. They also provide phytosterols, fat-soluble vitamins (tocopherols and carotenoids), chlorophyll and polyphenols.

Recommendations for Use:

Ideal as an appetiser or as a condiment for salads, bruschetta, pizzas, meat or fish-based first and second courses.Storage: Store at room temperature away from heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
