This Olicatessen Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of 70% early arbequina and recovered varieties. It has a lively spiciness, is very fruity and has vegetal aromas of aromatic herbs. It is a very balanced oil, bitter-sweet, spicy-green, with clear notes of almond, green walnut, fennel, tomato plant and artichoke. Characteristics Very versatile in Mediterranean cuisine. It accompanies and enhances vegetable aromas, adding a tasty green flavour with lots of personality. Particularly suitable for dressing green salads, vegetables (raw, boiled or grilled), white fish (without sauces) and white meats, for pasta and white rice and, above all, for bread with tomato. Suitable for taking on board aeroplanes.
