Characteristics
Particularly suitable for bread with tomato, dressing grilled vegetables and green leaf salads. For white fish, boiled rice and pasta without sauces. It is an oil with a bitter, spicy-green note, with clear hints of green almond, grass, tomato plant and aromatic herbs.
