Instructions for use

Ingredients (2 people):

• 150 g Biográ brown rice
• 1 carrot
• 1 green pepper
• 1 small onion
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Cook the brown rice according to the instructions and set aside.
2. Sauté the onion, carrot and pepper in oil until tender.
3. Add the curry powder and mix well.
4. Add the cooked rice and mix everything together.
5. Season to taste and serve hot.
