How to use / recommended use

1. When starting to supplement with Creatine, it is recommended, during the first 5 days, to ingest 20 g daily, divided into 4 intakes of 5 g.

2. After this cycle, a daily intake of 2 to 5 g should be taken, depending on body weight (for 70 kg a daily intake of 5 g is recommended). Preferably after exercise and accompanied by fruit juices or carbohydrates.
3. Rest periods should be respected: 2 weeks every 2-3 months.
