Directions for use

1 sachet = 1 meal = 206 kcal: Pour the contents of the sachet into 200 ml of water in a container or shaker. Stir with a fork or shake the shaker vigorously. Leave to stand for 1 to 2 minutes.

It is advisable to drink between 1.5 and 2 litres of fluid per day. Meal replacement products should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet.
