What are oats?

Oats are a cereal whose whole grain has a high content of soluble dietary fibre, including beta-glucan, and also provides protein, lipids, vitamins, minerals and polyphenols, such as avenanthramides.

Recommended method of use

To eat as grains: Leave to soak for 12 hours. Boil one part of oats to 4 parts of water for 1 hour

To make oatmeal water: Boil 2 tablespoons of oats in 1L of water for 5 minutes and then filter.

This product is intended as a food ingredient for human consumption. Store in a cool, dry place. Close the container tightly after use.
