This is a healthy, fatty food rich in omega 3 oils. They have the advantage of not having to be cleaned of their bones and can be served quickly in a tapa, an appetizer, the filling of a pie, or simply as a sandwich.

Once the best specimens have been selected and the cooking process has been completed, the fish is prepared and packaged using artisanal techniques.

For the preparation of our preserves, we use sardines to which we add our specially selected Olive Oil, which provides an exclusive aroma and flavour.

How to use

It is not advisable to give canned food to infants under one year of age.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 days.
